Randall Cooper

Randall Cooper is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over three decades in the semiconductor industry, primarily at Texas Instruments. Since April 1999, Randall has served as the Director of Engineering, leading a team focused on developing and deploying best practices for integrated circuit (IC) development. Previous roles at Texas Instruments included Design Manager and System Engineer, where Randall worked on custom analog, mixed-signal ICs, and chip architectures, particularly for military applications and battery management systems. Randall also held a Design Manager position at Raytheon after TI's divestiture. Academic credentials include a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and Clemson University, respectively.
