Rus Ethridge has extensive experience in engineering roles within the semiconductor industry, having worked at Maxim Integrated Products as a Plasma Process Engineer from June 2000 to April 2006. Following this, Rus Ethridge held multiple positions at Texas Instruments between March 2010 and June 2012, including DMOS5 Yield Enhancement Engineer, DMOS5 Factory Controls Manager, DMOS6 Yield Enhancement Manager, DMOS6 Plasma Process / Equipment Manager, and Sherman Manufacturing Fab Factory Systems Manager. Additionally, Rus Ethridge served as DFAB Plasma Process Engineer and RFAB Factory Controls Manager. Rus Ethridge earned a Master of Science degree in Materials Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, completing the program between 2006 and 2011.
