Sameer Bhola is a dynamic and influential leader with over 20 years of experience in product quality engineering, focusing on Power, Signal Chain, Embedded Processor, and DLP products. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Quality Engineering at Texas Instruments, they lead a team dedicated to crisis management and technical problem-solving to resolve critical product quality issues. Sameer has a robust background in developing and executing quality strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, particularly within major automotive accounts and rapidly growing vertical cell phone manufacturers. Their leadership has significantly shaped the quality culture at Texas Instruments, especially during the integration following the acquisition of National Semiconductor. Sameer holds an MBA and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, along with a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.
