Theodore Paoni, CSP, is a Senior HS&E Engineer at the Kansas City National Security Campus since 2025. Currently, they serve as the ESH Supervisor for Texas Instruments’ RFAB2 fabrication facility. Previously, Theodore was a Safety Specialist for TI’s DMOS6 fabrication facility from 2020 to 2021 and an ESH Specialist supporting non-manufacturing laboratories across North America from 2021 to 2024. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology, Environmental and Safety Management from Pittsburg State University in 2020.
