With a background in finance spanning several decades, Hal has contributed to educational programs as an Adjunct Instructor at The University of Texas at Austin and served on the Advisory Council for the McCombs School of Business. Hal holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Colorado State University and has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from The Wharton School.
