Ashley Ruby holds extensive experience in recruitment and hospitality management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Recruiting and Hospitality at Texas Roadhouse since September 2006. Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of the recruitment process, collaborating with department managers to create job descriptions, managing the staffing process, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Previously, Ashley Ruby held various positions at Baptist East Milestone Wellness Center and the Kentucky Restaurant Association, demonstrating a strong background in health education and event programming.
