We are a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization committed to investing in the next generation of water leaders, providing research-driven data, and inviting all Texans to participate in the future of our water.

We aim to enable decision-makers and citizens alike to protect, enhance, and conserve water resources for the use and enjoyment of future generations.

Our mission is to lead Texas into a sustainable water future by investing in the next generation of water leaders. Texas Water Foundation (TWF) invites all Texans to recognize water’s vital role in safeguarding natural resources, protecting human health, and supporting economic growth.
