Tom Haddon

Tom Haddon is an experienced professional in the fields of construction and coaching. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at Texco Construction since October 2022, Tom has also held significant roles in education and sports. As the Lead Rowing Coach at Xavier College from June 2023 to June 2024, Tom contributed to developing student-athletes. Prior to this, Tom coached rowing at Brighton Grammar School between November 2017 and April 2023, progressing through various coaching positions and also facilitating programs focused on healthy relationships and consent for years 8-10. Tom's early career included experience as a Construction Cadet at Vaughan Constructions and as a Bar Supervisor at Palace Cinemas. Tom earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from Deakin University from 2019 to 2022 and completed secondary education at Brighton Grammar School from 2008 to 2017.
