Nora Stefanova

Nora Stefanova has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and project management. Nora has served as the Head of People and Culture Unit at Eurotex Ltd. and TexCycle. Prior to that, they were the Head of Project Management Organizational & HR Consultancy at Muzza LTD, where they provided strategic organizational and HR support to corporate clients. Nora also worked at the Human Resource Development Center as a Member of the Pool of Trainers. Additionally, Nora has held positions at TeamTime International Ltd. as an Interim Country Manager and Manager HR Projects, at AIMS International Bulgaria as a Consultant and HR Business Coordinator, and at CAD Plus Training Centre as an Interim Training Activities Coordinator. Nora has also worked at MAYDAY Foundation as an Activities Coordinator/EVS Consultant and at Private School "Melita" as a Training Programme Coordinator. Nora's early experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Marine Club "Friends of the Sea", PECSD & MAYDAY Foundation.

Nora Stefanova holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education: Auditory-Speech Rehabilitation from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, which they completed from 2002 to 2008. Nora also obtained a Specialization in Human Resources Management Skills from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2007-2008. In addition, Nora has obtained various certifications in areas such as Anger Management, Social Norms, Social Change, Project Planning, Talent Sourcing, and Training of Trainers from institutions such as LinkedIn, Coursera, and European Commission. Nora obtained their latest certification, Anger Management, in 2020.
