TEXO offers seven distinct services: Engineering & Fabrication, Workspace Solutions, Asset Integrity, Recruitment, Port Services, Land & Aerial Surveys and Livestream. Between them, these services support customers both onshore and offshore to design and complete essential projects on time and on budget.

To consolidate our approach to always being the best we can be, we have introduced a dedicated People Strategy that has been developed to support our values. The Engineering Team at TEXO is a multidisciplinary group comprised of specialists such as the Chief Mechanic, Offshore Plater, Junior Software Developer, L3 Coded Welder/Plater, Rope Access Technician Level 3, and Rope Access Welder. This team is responsible for executing complex engineering and fabrication projects, providing innovative solutions both onshore and offshore. Their work includes everything from mechanical and structural design to software development and specialized welding, all while ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to client specifications. Working cohesively, they embody TEXO's commitment to excellence and innovative problem-solving.
