Eric Schneider

Eric Schneider, CFA, currently serves as Sr VP of Finance & IT and Treasurer at Texon, where responsibilities include managing banking relationships and market risk for core businesses. Schneider is also Chairman of the Board for The Houston Angel Network, supporting early-stage company investments, and President of the Private Directors Association, promoting effective governance practices. Previous roles encompass significant finance leadership positions at Noble Energy, Wachovia Bank, and Merrill Lynch Commodities, where expertise in credit risk and financial analysis was developed. Schneider's educational background includes an MBA in Energy Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Schneider served as a Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy, specializing in nuclear submarines.
