Brian Harrison has been working in the professional world since 2007. Brian began their career as a Constituent Services Representative for the State of Wisconsin, and then moved on to become a Layout Designer for Autoguide Magazine. In 2016, they joined TEXT2DRIVE, where they served as the Customer Success Manager, Director of Customer Success, and Director of Implementation & Training. As the Director of Implementation & Training, they led the launch of the newly formed department, creating all of the internal training material, processes, and procedures. As the Director of Customer Success, they managed the Customer Success Team of 10+ and drove expansion opportunities for inside and outside sales initiatives. As the Customer Success Manager, they collaborated with customers to ensure they fully adopted and utilized the suite of Text2Drive products, provided users with troubleshooting, functionality explanations and best practices, and delivered analytical analysis on data points to provide insights into better performance.

Brian Harrison graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History.
