Jared Shaffer

Jared Shaffer is a strategic credit risk and finance professional currently serving as the Director of Credit & Risk at Textainer since May 2025. Previously, Jared held various roles such as Vice President of Finance at Paramount Export Company, where they co-led operations and managed financial oversight, and Head of Credit Risk Management at LITASCO SA, where they directed the global credit risk function. Jared began their career as an Audit Associate at KPMG Audit and has extensive experience in financial analysis and credit management across multiple industries. They hold an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Davis.
