Michelle Steimann has over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Michelle began their career in 1990 as the CEO of Finger Paints Nail Studio. In 1998, they became an Independent Consultant and COO of Ginger Bay Salon & Spa. In 2004, they took on the role of President of Little Pilots, LLC. In 2016, they joined Textel as the Sr. Director of Channel Development/Beauty Industry and Brand Ambassador/Industry Specialist.
