Scott Leonard is an accomplished sustainability and impact advisor with extensive experience in the fashion and regenerative food industries. Currently serving as a Venture Partner and member of the Investment Committee at One Step Closer Venture Fund, Scott focuses on funding and scaling regenerative food systems. As Chair of the Steering Committee at Fashion Conveners, Scott aligns leadership across major industry nonprofits to drive sustainability goals in fashion. Scott co-founded INDIGENOUS organic + fair trade fashion and has held key advisory roles at organizations including Textile Exchange, Circular Systems SPC, and C&A Foundation, where strategic insights contributed to enhanced sustainability practices. With a commendable background in systemic change and innovative solutions, Scott continues to advance sustainability in diverse sectors.
