Brian Hoffstein

Brian Hoffstein has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Growth team member at Textile since February 2022. Prior to that, they founded Flourishing Ventures in June 2017 and served as the Founder until January 2023. In 2016, they were part of the founding team at Crossing Minds, an Artificial Intelligence company focused on understanding human behavior. Before that, at Harvard University, Brian was an Independent Researcher from April 2015 to September 2017 and conducted research as part of an Advanced Leadership Initiative fellowship. Brian was also a Research Associate at Harvard Business School from July 2014 to December 2016, working on projects related to organizational behavior and leadership, as well as managing the Advanced Management Program. Additionally, Brian worked at TED Conferences in 2013, supporting content and curation for TEDYouth & TED2014. In the same year, they were the first employee at Breather, and they served as a Contributing Expert and New Ventures developer at Big Think from 2011 to 2013, covering various topics and conducting research for new ventures.

Brian Hoffstein has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College. Brian also participated in a Study Abroad Program in Judgement & Decision-Making at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, they completed the Graduate Studies Program at Singularity University. Brian's education also includes unfinished graduate studies in an unspecified field at Harvard Extension School.
