Turn Clicks Into Conversations. Convert Conversations Into Data.

Most businesses tried texting.

Most stopped.

Why?

Because 1-to-1 messaging doesn’t scale.
It creates operational burden, missed responses, and inconsistent customer experiences.

The Shift

TextingOnly replaces unstructured texting with automated, menu-driven mobile conversations that guide customers, capture intent, and deliver structured data to your team.

Powered by OTTO

OTTO is the intelligence layer behind every interaction.

Instead of “text us and wait,” customers are guided through:

• Branded entry experiences
• Interactive text menus (ITR)
• Automated conversation flows
• Mobile data collection funnels
