Dmitry Mikhailenko

Dmitry Mikhailenko is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in AI and backend systems. Currently part of the AI Team at Textkernel by Bullhorn, Dmitry focuses on enhancing microservices for reliable machine learning application deployment, achieving significant performance improvements. Prior to this role, Dmitry worked at AReality, where API development supported core product integrations, and at Vivid, where upgrades to the internal HR system improved user experience. Dmitry's foundational experience as a full stack engineer at ErgoSolo involved developing core systems and automating data synchronization for a large user base. Dmitry holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET), along with ongoing education at Codam College and previous training at School 21.
