Jody Johnson Porsgaard

Jody Johnson Porsgaard serves as the Account Director for Global Key Accounts at Textkernel since July 2023, focusing on AI-driven recruitment and HR technology for a diverse clientele. Previously, Jody held the position of Sales Director for EMEA at Phenom, where a comprehensive AI-based talent experience platform was offered to transform hiring processes. Jody served as Enterprise Sales Director for EMEA at riskmethods, specializing in proactive supply chain risk management solutions. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at CareerBuilder, including Director of EU Solutions, leading human capital SaaS initiatives, and various sales positions at CBS Corporation. Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Education & Training from Bowling Green State University.
