Dragos Raducanu

Dragos Raducanu has extensive experience in affiliate management, customer care, and software testing, primarily in the SaaS and online casino sectors. Currently serving as an Affiliate Manager and Outreach Specialist for TextMagic since September 2021, Dragos focuses on recruiting new affiliates and providing customer service to existing affiliates. Previous roles include Software Tester and Head of Customer Care at Bet`N`Catch Online Casino, where responsibilities included CMS administration and customer support management. Dragos also held similar positions at SC. Ramos Global Perfect S.R.L, offering technical support and resolving customer issues, and at HR Sincron, specializing in manual software testing. Dragos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Agronomic Science and Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest.
