Mark Hay

Mark Hay is a Co-Founder & CTO of TextQL since 2023. Previously, they worked as a Tech Lead at Meta from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, Mark was a Software Developer at Tsuru Capital LLC in 2018, where they developed a tool for investigating errors in the pricing model. Mark also had an internship as a Systematic and Quantitative Intern at Hutchin Hill Capital in 2017. Before starting their professional career, Mark served as a Teaching Assistant at Williams College from 2016 to 2017, assisting with algorithm design and analysis.

Mark Hay earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Williams College, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In 2017 and 2018, they were a visiting student at the University of Oxford, also studying Computer Science. Prior to their college education, Mark attended Saint George's School for their high school education from 2012 to 2015.
