Keith Sharp

Keith Sharp has over 40 years of experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Senior Manager for Sustaining Structural Integrity of Propeller Aircraft at Textron Aviation since March 2013. Previously, Keith held the position of Chief of Structural Integrity at Hawker Beechcraft from January 2003, where responsibilities included managing stress, loads, mass properties, dynamics, acoustics, durability, and damage tolerance. Additional roles included Senior Manager of Engineering, where engineering process improvements were implemented for Hawker aircraft interior completion programs, and Project Engineer/Manager at Raytheon Aircraft Company, overseeing engineering support for all Hawker models globally. Early career positions comprised Chief Repair Engineer at Raytheon Corporate Jets and Stress Engineer at BAe Commercial Aircraft. Keith holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University, earned between 1978 and 1981, and attended St. Albans School from 1971 to 1978.
