Rolf A. is an accomplished aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in flight control systems and mechanical systems management, particularly within various divisions of Textron and Bell Flight. As an Engineering Specialist and Manager for Flight Control Systems at Textron eAviation since February 2022, Rolf oversees critical engineering projects. Prior roles include Engineering Manager for the 360 Invictus Program at Bell Flight and Engineering Mechanical Systems Supervisor for the Sky Courier Program at Textron Aviation. Rolf's expertise spans high-risk systems development, certification support, and team leadership in aerospace projects, complemented by an educational background that includes a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Friends University.
