Travis Bryant has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Travis is currently employed as the Human Resources Director at Textron eAviation since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Leader at Bell Flight from August 2020 to September 2022.
From 2014 to 2020, Travis held multiple roles at Textron Aviation, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Manager-Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Integration Leader.
Before joining Textron Aviation, Travis worked at Beechcraft from 2009 to 2014. During their time there, they served as the Program Leader, Operations- New product Integration, and as a Manufacturing Engineer.
Travis Bryant earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Business Administration from Baker University between 2009 and 2012. During the same period, they also obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Wichita State University - CMD. From 2015 to 2017, Travis pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Services at LSU Shreveport.
