Vernesha Hazel

Vernesha Hazel is a Cyber Security Analyst at Textron eAviation, having joined the company in August 2023. Previously, Vernesha served as an IT Security Analyst in the Textron IT Leadership Development Program at Textron Aviation from July 2022 to August 2023, and as a Software Development intern in the same program at Bell Flight from August 2021 to July 2022. Early career experience includes a Technical Writing Internship at Texas A&M Transportation Services, where Vernesha led audit documentation projects and collaborated with IT teams. Vernesha also held the position of Head of Marketing for the Developer Student Club at Texas A&M University, successfully overseeing promotional efforts and supporting educational workshops. Additionally, Vernesha worked as a Communications Assistant at Texas A&M University, managing communications campaigns for a large audience, and produced content for The Battalion, the university's student newspaper. Vernesha earned a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management and Cybersecurity from Texas A&M University in 2021.
