Ed Oskorep

Ed Oskorep has extensive experience in nuclear engineering and system engineering, highlighted by a strong background within the US Navy. Oskorep served as an NPTU Ballston Spa Staff Instructor and held multiple roles, including Leading Engineering Laboratory Technician and Engineering Laboratory Technician, from October 2004 to December 2007. Transitioning through various positions in the Navy, Oskorep acted as Nuclear Power School Class Director and Engineering Department Master Chief aboard the USS Pittsburgh. Oskorep further developed expertise as the Interactive Training Group Master Chief at NPTU Charleston and as the Special Projects Training Group Manager at the Nuclear Power Training Command in 2019. Currently, Oskorep is a Senior System Engineer at Textron Systems since June 2025. Oskorep earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 2005 and 2007.
