Katy Leslie

Katy Leslie possesses extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving in the Integrated Supply Chain Development Program at Textron Systems since July 2017. In this rotational program, Katy has gained expertise in Quality Management Systems and production planning, achieving AS9100 Internal Audit Certification and managing piece parts for top-level products. Responsibilities have included leveraging MRP and Oracle systems for planning, standardizing processes, and effectively communicating potential issues across supply chain functions. Prior to this role, Katy interned as a Buyer at Textron Systems, where procurement skills were developed through supplier negotiations and compliance package completion. Katy holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Information Systems and a minor in Spanish from Penn State University.
