Matthew Stader

Matthew Stader is a seasoned senior advisor in strategy development and test evaluation, with significant experience supporting the federal government and the Joint Staff. Stader has held key roles, including Director of Test & Evaluation at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, where they oversaw major Air Defense systems, and has served as a Battalion Commander in the U.S. Army, managing complex operations and substantial budgets. Currently, Stader is the Director of Global Military Sales & Strategy at Textron Systems and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Management at Webster University, with a previous Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Stader is widely recognized for the ability to lead large, multinational teams across various environments.
