Rick Weber

Rick Weber currently serves as Litigation Manager at Textron Systems, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rick was the Litigation & Compliance Manager at Lycoming Engines from December 2017 to November 2023, and also contributed to the organization in Quality Assurance. Rick's earlier experience includes serving in the United States Air Force from September 2013 to November 2017, where the role focused on Aerospace Propulsion and Maintenance Operations Management. Rick's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management with an Aviation Safety specialization from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completed between April 2019 and December 2021, as well as an Associate of Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, earned from September 2013 to April 2016.
