Robert Steele

Robert Steele (CW5 Ret.) is a seasoned logistics engineer with extensive experience in the defense sector. Currently serving as a Senior Logistics Engineer at Textron Systems since May 2014, Robert supports the Ship to Shore Navy Program by developing NAVSEA Reliability Center Maintenance products. Prior roles include Senior Training Manager at SAIC, where Robert contributed to Training Systems Integration, and various positions at Boeing and the US Army, including Chief Warrant Officer Training, where Robert implemented the Systems Approach to Training. With a solid educational background in Management of Technology from Athens State University, Robert has demonstrated expertise in logistics, systems engineering, and training development throughout a distinguished career.
