Adam Robbins is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management, primarily through roles at Textron and Celanese. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Service Management Analyst at Textron since February 2021, Adam has made significant contributions to ServiceNow, enhancing functionalities such as Problem Management, security posture, and user training. Prior to Textron, Adam held various positions at Celanese, including ITIL Process Architect and IT Problem Manager, where responsibilities encompassed Incident and Problem Management processes, internal customer relations, and process optimization.
