Alexa Parmann, MSHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational engagement and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Specialist at Textron since April 2022, Alexa has also held various roles within the company, including Social Media & Content Strategist and Benefits Strategy Analyst.
