Christy Silva, MBA, serves as Compensation Manager at Textron since November 2020, contributing to the design and implementation of competitive compensation strategies for the enterprise. Prior experience includes managing the payroll team at Textron, overseeing compliance and reporting for a billion-dollar payroll across multiple countries. Previously, Christy was Payroll Supervisor at Brown Emergency Medicine, ensuring accurate multistate payroll processing, and held various roles at Eastside Marketplace, including Assistant General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed HR duties and salary administration. Christy holds an MBA from Bryant University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rhode Island College.
