David Rajack

David Rajack is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in transfer pricing, tax operations, and reporting. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Tax Operations, Tax Reporting, and Transfer Pricing at Textron since July 2016, David previously held the position of Senior Tax Planning Manager for Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included establishing intercompany pricing policies and managing transactions exceeding $11 billion across the Americas. Prior to that, David spent over a decade at Accenture, developing arm's length rate pricing for significant related party activity and implementing tax policies and procedures. Early career experience includes corporate accounting at Dick Blick Holdings and service in the United States Marine Corps. David obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from East Tennessee State University.
