Edward Weiler

Edward Weiler is currently the Director of Legislative Affairs at Textron, leveraging over 20 years of experience in building high-performing teams and managing complex project portfolios. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Commander of the Helicopter Sea Combat Wing Pacific, leading a global enterprise and achieving significant budget reductions. Previously, they held key roles, including Deputy Director of Navy Appropriations at the Department of the Navy, managing a $220 billion portfolio and fostering vital relationships with Congress. Edward is pursuing a Bachelor of Science at The Citadel and an Executive MBA at the Naval Postgraduate School.
