Ken Maddox

Ken Maddox has over 36 years of experience in quality engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Quality Engineering at Textron since December 2008, where management of eight employees in the Supplier Quality organization is a key responsibility. Prior experience at Lockheed Martin spanned from April 1989 to September 2008, during which Ken held various roles including Acting Senior Manager of Quality Engineering and Reliability Assurance, overseeing significant teams and operations related to quality assurance and engineering requirements. Ken's earlier career includes a position at Stonhard Inc as a Field Engineer, where management and training of installation crews were central tasks. Ken holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
