Michael Jansen has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on clean room facility setup, equipment maintenance, and automation. Michael has held various leadership positions, including Principal Manufacturing Engineer at Textron Defense Systems and Lucent Technologies. Their expertise also includes managing production and training staff in manufacturing and process engineering. Jansen served as the Boston Chapter President/Vice President at SMTA for nearly two decades, showcasing their dedication to the industry. At Polymer Flip Chip Corporation, Michael successfully introduced and established new assembly lines in manufacturing facilities.
