Michael Pierce

Michael Pierce has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Sr. Department Scheduler at Textron since March 2021. Previously, Michael held the position of Production Manager at SMITH & SMITH AIRCRAFT INTERNATIONAL, LTD for a brief period in late 2020. A substantial tenure at BOMBARDIER from August 1992 to June 2020 included roles such as Methods Engineer, where responsibilities involved reviewing engineering drawings, drafting bills of materials, and managing the procurement of parts for flight test vehicles, as well as serving as Flight Test Coordinator, Material Logistics Agent, and operator of complex assembly equipment. Michael's career began at Grumman Aerospace, where a range of roles from Inventory Analyst to Purchase Part Material Coordinator provided foundational skills and knowledge critical to the aerospace field.
