Miller (Ezgo) has extensive experience in the golf and utility vehicle industry, having worked at E-Z-GO/Textron since 1995 in various roles, culminating in the position of Director of Customer Care & Warranty since November 2009. Responsibilities include overseeing product training, warranty processes, and technical support for E-Z-GO, Cushman, and Bad Boy Products.
