Nancy Brennock

Nancy Brennock currently serves as the Director of Leadership and Organizational Development and the Director of Textron University Operations at Textron, a position held since July 2005. In this role, Nancy is responsible for developing Textron's enterprise learning strategy and overseeing the design, development, and delivery of Textron University programs globally. Prior experience includes roles at Citizens Financial Group and Citizens Bank as Performance Solutions Manager and Director of Learning and Development, respectively, as well as Director of Training and Development at Women and Infants Hospital. Nancy holds a Certified Myers Briggs Indicator certification and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Pepperdine University.
