Outlaw Larry

Larry Outlaw is the Executive Director of Government Affairs at Textron Inc., where they manage customer requirements and defense-related policy issues in Washington, D.C. Previously, Larry served as a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, commanding Marine Light/Attack Helicopter Squadron 167 and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit. Their extensive staff experience encompasses key positions at the Headquarters of the U.S. Marine Corps, the Joint Staff, and as a Military Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. A native of North Carolina, Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of West Florida and has graduated from various prestigious military and leadership programs.
