Peter Tonino is currently the Director of Enterprise Benefits at Textron, having previously served as the Compensation & Benefits Strategy Lead since 2014. Before joining Textron, Peter worked at Mercer from 2005 to 2014 as a Senior Associate, where they managed client teams and provided consulting solutions for defined benefit plans. Peter earned a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Bryant University, having studied there from 2001 to 2005.
