Robert Pascal

Vice President - Innovations at Textron

Robert Pascal has a range of experience in engineering and intellectual property management. At MIT, Robert worked as a Graduate Research Assistant focusing on actuator and sensor design for structural acoustic control. At Raytheon, Robert was an Engineer responsible for vibration analysis and stress analysis of airframe modifications. Currently, at Textron, Robert serves as the Vice President of Innovations and Intellectual Property Director, leading the management and commercialization of Textron's IP assets. At Bell Helicopter, Robert worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Engineer Specialist, leading projects with significant cost savings.
