Ron Draper

President & CEO, Textron Aviation at Textron

Ron Draper is the current President and Chief Executive Officer of Textron Aviation. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at Textron Specialized Vehicles from October 2008 to May 2011. From January 2004 to December 2006, they were the Director of Procurement at Bell Flight. In May 2011, they became the Director Production Control and Logistics at Cessna Aircraft Company, a position they held until April 2012. From January 1999 to January 2004, Draper was the Director of Supply Chain Management at Cessna Aircraft Company. Ron began their career in 1990 as a Captain in the US Army, where they served until 1998.

Ron Draper has an MBA in Business from Wichita State University and a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

They work with Shannon H. Hines - SVP, Government Affairs & Washington Operations, E. Robert Lupone - EVP, General Counsel & Secretary, and Mitch Snyder - President & CEO Bell. Their manager is Scott C. Donnelly, Chairman, President & CEO.
