Shelly Stucchi

Shelly Stucchi serves as the Director of Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning at Textron since June 2021. Prior to this role, Stucchi held multiple leadership positions at Textron, including Director and Senior Manager of Offsets and Industrial Cooperation, as well as Manager of Business Offsets, where responsibilities encompassed managing Offset programs across Asia and the Middle East. Stucchi's earlier experience includes serving as Finance Lead for IR&D at American Science & Engineering, Inc., overseeing finance teams and enhancing corporate finance policies, and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Raytheon, focusing on international offsets and developing strategic plans for business growth. Stucchi holds an MBA in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University.
