Rick Clayton has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Rick started their career in 1988 at Jackson Mills as the VP of Manufacturing, and worked there until 1997. Rick then became the President of Freda Flooring from 1997 to 2000. Following that, Clayton worked as a Plant Manager at Tech Fab from 2001 to 2006, and as a Plant Manager at Hexcel Corporation from 2000 to 2006. In 2006, they started their own company, Prime Designs, and owned it until 2010. Currently, they are the VP of Operations at Textum Weaving Inc. since 2010.
