Tracy Yates

Tracy Yates, PhD, CFS is currently the Western Regional Sales Manager at Texture Technologies. Prior to this role, Tracy worked at companies such as Meati, Terra Chem Lab, and The BioCollective in various research and development positions. Tracy has a strong background in microbiology and biochemistry, with experience in developing technology based on the microbiome of deep subsurface, biobanking fecal samples, and optimizing microbial bioreactor processes. Tracy also has experience in algal strain selection and cultivation for biofuels and nutraceuticals. With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from the University of Oregon and a B.S. in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Tracy has a solid foundation in scientific research and development.
