Wen Ruan

Wen Ruan has extensive experience in scientific roles, primarily in the field of text analysis and related technologies. Since 2014, Wen has served as the Chief Scientist at IP.com. Prior to this, from 2000 to 2008, Wen worked at TextWise, where they held various positions including Chief Science Officer, Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist, and Research Scientist. Wen's expertise and experience make him a valuable asset in the scientific community.

Wen Ruan holds a Ph.D. degree in Medical Informatics, which was obtained from Justus Liebig University Giessen between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, Ruan completed an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, spanning from 1990 to 1993. Ruan's education journey began with a B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering and Instrumentation from Xi'an Jiaotong University, which was attained from 1985 to 1989.
