Felipe Harding

Felipe Harding, MBA, is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience across various industries including manufacturing, packaging, and construction. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Texwipe, Felipe oversees a multisite operation with an $85M revenue, focusing on enhancing safety performance and delivery amidst leadership gaps. Previous roles include Director of Product Line Management at JELD-WEN, Inc., where Felipe managed a $150M Fiberglass Exterior Doors P&L and developed strategies to address pandemic-related supply chain challenges, and General Manager at JELD-WEN, achieving significant revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and sales team reorganization. Experience also includes directing manufacturing operations at EDELPA S.A. and CMPC, where Felipe led large teams across multiple sites and implemented process improvements. Felipe holds an MBA from ESE Business School and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Concepción, as well as a Kellogg Executive Scholar credential from Northwestern University.
