Annie Liew

Annie Liew is a Senior Product Development Engineer at TF-AMD, specializing in die preparation and product sustaining activities aimed at driving performance improvement and cost reduction. Previously, they served as a New Product Introduction Engineer at Lumileds, where they led new product proliferation and transitions to manufacturing, achieved notable process optimizations, and became a recognized consultant in LED color targeting. Annie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bioprocess Engineering from the University Malaysia Perlis, earned in 2018. They are also actively engaged in EHS Committee activities and ISO compliance audits, demonstrating a commitment to safety and quality in the manufacturing environment.
